2016 Fall Birthday Parties
Shady Brook Farm’s PumpkinFest is the perfect place to celebrate your child’s birthday (recommended for children ages 10 & under). Invite your guests to spend the day enjoying all of the family-fun activities PumpkinFest has to offer, then take a break in your own private party tent. Our Fall Birthday Parties are offered Saturdays and Sundays from September 10 through October 30, 2016. Call 215-968-1670 between 9 am & 4 pm Mon. – Fri. to schedule your party! ($100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking).
Our Party Package costs $395 & includes:
- ALL DAY PumpkinFest admission for 15 guests & the birthday child (includes 16 wristbands, valid for children or adults)
- Reserved Party Tent for 1 hour & 30 minutes
- Gem Mining coupon for each child
- Fabric pumpkin bag & Baby Pam pumpkin for each child
- Does not include food. NO outside food, with the exception of cake or cupcakes, may be brought in. Please check out our Pizza Package below or Deli Party Menu if you would like to include food
- Bring your own cake, cupcakes, or order a delicious cake from our bakery partner, Confection Perfection. Orders must be placed at least 10 days before your party. Call 215-357-8211
- Additional wristbands may be purchased for $15/child (includes admission, Baby Pam pumpkin, gem mining, and all PumpkinFest activities), $10/adult (includes PumpkinFest admission only)
- No one is permitted into PumpkinFest or party area without paid admission
Private Tent Times:
The “reserved tent time” is the portion of your party when you can relax with your guests in our private party area while enjoying cake, opening gifts, eating, etc. The PumpkinFest activities are yours to enjoy all day. Choose your preferred time:
- 11:15 am to 12:45 pm
- 1:15 to 2:45 pm
- 3:15 to 4:45 pm
Optional Pizza Package: $50
- 2 large pizzas (16 slices), additional pizzas are $15/ea.
- Choice of 2 large drinks: 2 liter soda – Coke, Diet Coke or Sprite OR 1 gallon of water, lemonade, iced tea, fruit punch; extra drinks with cups $5/ea.
- Food orders must be placed at least 10 days prior to your party
- Includes all paper products
- Coupons and other promotions are not valid on Party Packages
- Baby Pam pumpkins are provided as party favors, additional pumpkins are sold by the pound
