Refund policy

Event tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Shady Brook Farm's zero change fee policy allows guests to change their tickets to another date or event by following the steps HERE. Additional costs may apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

Tickets and Season Passes are nonrefundable, nontransferable, revocable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
