How to Change Your Tickets
Shady Brook Farm special event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, tickets can be swapped for another date, time or event.
Additional charges may apply if changing to a more expensive tickets. If addtional payment is required, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions on how to pay the difference. Tickets are not valid until full payment has been received.
Follow the steps below to swap your tickets!

Open your original Order Confirmation Email

Click on "View your order"
This will open a new window.

Scroll down to "Change your tickets"
4.
Click on "Edit tickets"
This will open a new window
5.
Select "Change this ticket?"
This will allow you to change your order.
6.
Select the Event, Date, Time & Ticket
A credit of the original purchase will be applied towards your new ticket(s).

Click "Submit change request"
