How to Change Your Tickets

Shady Brook Farm has a no refund policy. If you are unable to attend an event, unused tickets can be changed to another date, time or event. Additional charges may apply if changing to a more expensive tickets. If addtional payment is required, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions on how to pay the difference. Tickets are not valid until full payment has been received.
As long as your tickets are unused they can be edited anytime, even if the event is over!

Open your original Order Confirmation Email

Click on "View your order"

This will open a new window.

Scroll down to "Change your tickets"

Click on "Edit tickets"

This will open a new window

5.

Select "Change this ticket?"

This will allow you to change your order.

6.

Select the Event, Date, Time & Ticket

A credit of the original purchase will be applied towards your new ticket(s).

7.

Click "Submit change request" 

8.

If no additional payment is needed you will receive an email confirmation with your new tickets attached.
