We’re excited to offer your organization a simple and fun way to raise money while giving your community a great deal on FallFest tickets at Shady Brook Farm!

Here’s How It Works:

• Register your organization using this handy dandy form and then complete our ACH enrollment form.
• There are two ways to earn $: choose a specific date and get 20% of ticket sales using your unique code, share your code throughout the FallFest season and get 10% off tickets + percentage back to your group (based on ticket sales)
• You’ll receive a unique discount code exclusive to your organization.
• You'll share your code like glitter at a craft party - everywhere and it will be impossible to ignore!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

Fundraising Commissions:

Option #1:

• Get 20% back on all ticket sales using your unique code for a specific date

Option #2:

• Get 10% off tickets throughout the FallFest season + 10% back once your code reaches 50 tickets sold, and 15% back on 151+ tickets sold

🎟️ Tickets must be purchased online HERE. The discount code must be entered at checkout in the Discount Code/Gift Card box.

Codes must be used ONLINE at the time of purchase and cannot be added after purchase. Discount is not valid at the Admission Barn.

Payment Process:

To participate in the program and receive your fundraising payout, your organization must be enrolled in ACH direct deposit.

• We can no longer issue paper checks.
• The ACH account must be in the organization’s name — we cannot deposit funds into personal accounts.
• More information on how to set up ACH will be shared upon registration.

Terms & Conditions

• All tickets must be purchased online and your code must be entered at checkout to count toward your fundraiser. Discount codes will not be accepted at the ticket booth— no exceptions 
• Your Group must be able to sign up for ACH/Direct Deposit to be able to participate in this fundraiser - no exceptions
