Spring & Summer Private Party Sites
Our private areas are perfect for family outings, birthday parties, special celebrations, corporate gatherings, or just for a place to call your own while you're here! Spring & summer reservations are available during our seasonal events including:
- The Easter Eggstravaganza - April 12, 31, 17, 18 & 19 from 12 to 4pm
- Summer unWINEd Concerts - Fridays, May 2 to Aug 29; Saturdays (+fireworks) July 5 & Aug 30 from 5:30 to 9:30pm
- Strawberry Festival - May 31; June 1, 7, 8 & 14 from 12 to 4pm
- Peach & Sunflower Festival - Aug 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 & 17 from 12 to 4pm
PLEASE NOTE: private site reservations DO NOT INCLUDE Festival Field admission tickets. Everyone ages 24 mo. and up needs a ticket to enter. Private Sites cannot be accessed without admission tickets.

Daytime reservations are from 12 to 4pm, evening rentals (during unWINEd concerts) are from 5 to 9pm.
Yes! Private Area reservations DO NOT include Festival Field admission. Event tickets MUST be purchased for all guests 2 yrs + to access the Private Areas.
Yes! If you have a Private Site reservation you may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. You can also order from our Catering Department and we'll deliver right to your site.
Yes! You may get into your area 1/2 hour before your reservation time begins.
Yes! You may decorate your area with streamers, balloons and table cloths. You must clean up anything you bring in before you leave the site.
If we cancel due to rain we will do our best to re-schedule your party for another date or event.
