Flexible Party Times! You choose the start and end time of your party anywhere within the following time frames, giving you the flexibility to plan your celebration just the way you want.

Spring Dates: April 8 to May 31, 2026
- Sun, Mon, Tues from 11am to 5pm
- Friday & Saturday from 11am to 9pm

Food & Drinks
- All food and beverages must be ordered through Shady Brook Farm’s Catering Department
- No outside food or drinks permitted
- Bar packages available to complement your event

All food and beverages for Greenhouse Parties must be provided by Shady Brook Farm’s Catering Department. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Catering
Hosts can select and place orders directly through our online catering menu, with options designed to fit a variety of event styles and guest counts.
Catering orders must be placed at least 7 days prior to your event date.
Our Catering Department will follow up after your Party Barn reservation is confirmed to assist with menu selections, quantities, and any questions.
Bar Service Options
$100 Bar Service Fee
Includes a professional bartender for your event. Drinks must be purchased separately by Drink Tickets or Open Bar.
After selecting bar service, choose the option that works best for your group:
Drink Tickets - $8/ea.
Pre-purchase drink tickets for your guests. Guests may redeem tickets at the bar during your event.
Open Bar
Choose an open bar and pay for all beverages consumed on the day of your event.
