How It Works
Purchase Your Vouchers
- Buy vouchers online for $15/each.
- Must buy a minimum of 25 vouchers.
- Additional vouchers may be purchased throughout your fundraiser while supplies last.
Sell to Your Supporters
- After your online order is placed you'll get an email confirmation.
- We'll create physical vouchers for you to pickup and sell to your community.
- We recommend selling each voucher for $20 to $24. You keep the difference!
Redeem at Shady Brook Farm
- Select an available Tues, Wed, or Thurs in September at checkout for your organization's redemption day.
- Supporters bring their vouchers that day and pickup their mums at the farm.

- Each voucher is redeemable for three (3) beautiful 8" fall mums.
- Must purchase a minimum of 25 vouchers. If you wish to buy more just enter desired number into quantity box.
- You may buy additional vouchers during the fundraising season while supplies last!
The more you sell, the more you earn!
You choose your selling price. We recommend $20–$24 per voucher. Your organization keeps 100% of the difference.
Your Supporters Receive
Three Beautiful 8" Mums
Each voucher entitles your supporter to choose three 8" mums during your organization's scheduled redemption day. Colors and varieties are subject to availability.
No deliveries. No inventory to distribute. Your supporters visit Shady Brook Farm and choose their mums themselves.
Important Information
Vouchers can be redeemed any Tues, Wed or Thurs in September. You'll choose your redemption date at checkout.
Each voucher is redeemable for three 8" mums.
Yes! You may buy additional vouchers anytime during the fundraising season. Just be aware that leftover vouchers are non-refundable.
- Once you purchase your online vouchers, you'll get an email confirming your order.
- Physical vouchers will be available for you to pick up within 72 hrs.
- Pickup instructions will be provided for your selected date.
What Happens After You Order?
- You'll receive a confirmation email.
- Your physical vouchers will be prepared within approximately 72 hours.
- We'll notify you when your vouchers are ready for pickup and provide voucher redemption instructions.
- Purchasers will come to the farm to redeem their vouchers on your organization's selected date.
