Donation Requests

At Shady Brook Farm, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. We are committed to helping local groups, teams and organizations by donating tickets to our Special Events for their fundraising efforts. 

**How to Request a Donation**

If your organization is planning a fundraiser and would like to request a donation of event tickets, please CLICK HERE to complete the form. We review each request carefully to ensure we can support as many worthy causes as possible.

Please note: submission of the form is not a guarantee that your request will be accepted.

**Eligibility**

To be considered for a donation, your group or organization must be:

• Located within our local community
• Conducting a fundraiser for a charitable cause
• A registered non-profit, school, or community group

**Submission Guidelines**

• Please submit your request ONLINE at least 6 weeks prior to your event
• We do not take requests via mail or phone
• Include all relevant details about your organization and the fundraiser
• Only one request per organization per year will be considered
